I'm getting sleepy... probably because I took a xanax earlier. I finally got tired of thinking and feeling angry and depressed. What a crappy day-- I'm glad it is almost over. I tried to get something done around the house, but mind kept wandering. The kids helped me clean.... I was really very proud of them. They did everything I asked. Little A was really making an effort today-- normally she stops and plays instead of putting her toys up. But today she really cleaned, and she kept her brother in line too. Big A was a huge help today-- she kept asking me if I was alright. She was like a little mother-- she kept asking if there was anything more she could do for me.
During the afternoon, the kids went out to ride their bikes in the front yard. At one point, Little A and D started playing "house" with little sticks--- There was a daddy twig, a mommy twig, and of course child twigs. They made a leaf boat and sailed it in the bird bath. It was so cute... I wish I had had my camera. I love it when my kids play with items they find in nature. It makes me wish for spring---- then we will make fairy houses and flower dolls... Yes, I can not wait until spring.
