Yikes! I think I am PMSing BIGTIME! Today is turning out to be a much busier day than I had expected! Turns out D has TWO games with his Adapted Sports program! I have to pick up his prescription for his meds, then buy something to take to the Russian Christmas Party tonight, find time to clean up this trash pit of a house, be home when Big A's friend comes to spend the night, take FOUR kids to the Russian Chritmas Party tonight.... and I'm sure there is something I am forgetting... Sheesh, all I really want to do is sit at my house, chill, and enjoy my day off... But it will be okay. Things will get done. It will be fun. I just have to muster up the energy to get going. The coffee is helping! :)
Big A had a great Birthday Dinner last night! Pixie and J came over, and all the kids made their own pita pizzas... It was loud! All four kids were HYPER! This indicates that they were having a great time. I, on the other hand, felt a bit on the grouchy side. I felt kind of bad because I fussed at the kids a little more than I normally would in this type of situation.. Afterall,Big A was so excited... I should have given them a bit more slack. Normally I can tune them out better... I guess it was just too late, and I had had a very busy, stressful day at work--- a longer than anticipated surgery, a full appointment schedule with only one tech available, and I got out of work LATE.... I think the kids had fun though. By the time Pixie and J left it was 10pm! I immediately sent the kids to bed-- they were very willing, because they were wiped out, and crawled into bed myself to relax with my "book" (my electronic book, that is). I don't think I read one page, though. I talked on the phone for a while, then attempted to read.... Next thing I knew it was 5 am and I was lying in bed with the lights on and the ereader laying beside me! Hahahaha! Oh well, I'll try it again tonight! :) Okay, let me get off this computer.... On your mark... get set... GOOOO!!!!!
